Customer service could have been better

The unit eventually did arrive, after a month and some days. Granted I had ordered a unit they did not have in stock, I had to chase up after 7 days of placing the order to find out the status only to be told then they didn't have what I wanted. My whole experience felt like I was stalking them when in fact I should have been informed at appropriate times and my expectations managed with timelines. Don't think I'll be buying from House of Sheeba again.
