1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes up to 7-10 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)


Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is up to 10 Business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is up to 10-12 Business days depending on your location.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package on our tracking page . Your Tracking Number will come to your email . Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox.


3. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

4. May I return my order?

 Yes. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  House of Sheeba  take hygiene extremely serious and will not take any items back that have been opened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We do NOT offer refunds on all customised bespoke items this includes ALL wigs on our site.

6. May I make a exchange?


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at houseofsheeba@mail.com and send your item to: 82 Kilburn square, London, NW6 6PR

The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because House of Sheeba will not be responsible for lost returns.
